ALL LANGUAGES are available for in-house training at ALL LEVELS- Minimum order is 18 hours per student or group.
- 100% refund is available per student or group for any unused hours that exceed our minimum order if a student or group decide to stop their course.
- 75% refund is available per student or group for any unused hours within our minimum order if a student or group decide to stop their course.
- Language objectives forms for all new courses issued quarterly.
- Quarterly progress reports showing a cumulative progress score using our unique © LSB Scoring System, as well as a quarterly performance score, plus a comment.
- Monthly attendance log showing the tuition time used in each course.
- 24h late cancellation policy: full fee is chargeable if a lesson is cancelled within 24h before the scheduled time.
- Set up target for new courses: within 48 hours
- Free telephone language profile and needs analysis.
- Lesson duration is typically 1.5 hours.
- All tuition is payable in advance.
- Monthly attendance sheets showing the date, duration and contents of each lesson.
- Each lesson (and late cancellation) is signed by the students.
- Attendance sheets are scanned and forwarded at the end of a course.
- We offer language qualifications at all levels.
- Exams can be taken with Oxford Cambridge and RSA Examinations, the Institute of Linguists and London Chamber of Commerce and Industry Examinations Board.
- As a Registered Exam Centre we hold records of outstanding pass rates (details available upon request).
- Our Language Levels are aligned to the National Language Standards, the Common European Framework and the National Qualifications Framework.
